The amazing Johnsonville Sausage Cooker
The uniquely-shaped sizzling Johnsonville brat grill is designed to cook the Johnsville range of sausages and brats. You can cook other same-sized sausages and brats, but they must be the same size or they won’t sear and cook evenly, but we recommend sticking with the Johnsonville range.
It features non-stick plates, making grilling and the following clean up, nice and easy. It also has a removable, non-stick drip tray to catch excess juices. You can even put the grill plates and drip tray in the dishwasher for cleaning.
Cooking with the Johnsonville Brats Cooker
The individual grill slots have been sized and shaped to hold and hug brats and sausages in position while they sear. The Johnsonville Sizzling Sausage Grill cooks the sausages and brats evenly because the grill plates hold each sausage individually. It won’t overcook your brats and sausages or dry them out either because it uses ‘Intellisense’ to automatically test for how cooked they are and will shut the grill off when the internal temperature is reached. If you’re looking for an easy to use sausage cooker, you can’t go past this unit. It’s too easy!
